msql_field_seek — Set field offset
Seeks to the specified field offset. If the next call to msql_fetch_field() won't include a field offset, this field would be returned.
返回类型为 resource 的结果集。该结果集从 msql_query() 的调用中得到。
数字形式的字段偏移量。field_offset 从 1 开始。
如果成功则返回 TRUE，失败则返回 FALSE。
